Before working with Sue, I had been looking for broker friends to buy and sell real estate. During the buying and selling process, there were always some unprofessional behaviors that required me to be reminded again and again. It made me very tired to worry about them all the time. Later, I decided to find a professional agent to cooperate with me, and I was not disappointed. Sue's team is professional and efficient, and they don't talk too much, which is great! Another point is that the payment after the handover was very timely and arrived in the account the next day. In the past, the brokerage company's payment was delayed for at least two or three months. I don't know whether it was the company or the broker himself. Once it was delayed for half a year and I forgot to pay it to me or it was not paid. Or the brokerage company checked the account and said that there was a check that I didn't receive. The broker actually asked me, was it she who didn't pay it to me? So, don’t ask for a broker friend.
