When you use the AI assistant.
Messages you send to the assistant are processed by Cloudflare Workers AI using a Qwen model to generate a reply. Avoid entering identification, banking information, contracts or other sensitive documents. The assistant is not Sue and cannot confirm a booking or a property’s live availability.
When you submit an inquiry.
With your consent, we save your name, phone, email or WeChat, language, source page and inquiry or associated conversation in Cloudflare D1 to respond to this request. New submissions are organized using rules, not sent for additional AI analysis. When configured, an internal email notification sends the submitted details to Sue. Chat messages you choose to send to the AI assistant are still processed to generate replies. Do not include sensitive documents or MLS listing content.
Access and your choices.
The inquiry dashboard requires authentication. You can contact sue.realtor@smartsoldrealty.ca to request access, correction or deletion of your submitted information. You may also contact Sue directly by phone instead of using the forms. Property-search and social links open external services with their own privacy practices.
Internal SMS alerts.
If enabled, an internal SMS sent through Twilio to Sue may include your submitted name, contact details and an excerpt of your inquiry. Twilio and mobile carriers process this message for delivery. This does not subscribe you to marketing texts. The full inquiry remains in the sign-in-protected dashboard. Please do not submit identification, banking or medical information.
Referral information.
We may temporarily keep a recognized referral channel and predefined campaign label in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes. When you consent and submit an inquiry, these labels may be saved with it to understand which outreach brings inquiries. We do not collect full external URLs, search terms, advertising click IDs or a visitor identifier for this feature, and do not send it to advertising platforms. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable this feature. Missing information is recorded as unknown; labels are not independently verified.
Chat and draft text stay in this tab for up to 30 minutes between pages or languages. Contact fields and consent are not saved here.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits and page-loading performance on public pages. This measurement uses no analytics cookies and does not read contact forms or AI conversations. It is not installed in the private dashboard or preview site. Pages with query parameters are excluded.
